The best way to test this out is by applying 12V power to the motor directly so you can see if it operates correctly outside of the control module (see attached).
If everything works properly when you've bypassed the control module then you'll need to replace that with part # LC334850, otherwise the issue would be the motor which you can replace with part # LC183058. view full answer...
